- High level of IQ and academic brilliance may not ensure success in life. More than IQ we require EQ (Emotional Quotient) to lead a happy life. It is also termed as emotional intelligence or emotional balance. Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability of an individual to understand his/ her emotions and express them appropriately. Emotional intelligence also includes the ability to understand the emotions of others and modify our behaviour accordingly. In this motivational video, Dr Mary Matilda explains what is EQ. She also gives four tips that help us to control our emotions and enhance the EQ level.

Dr Mary Matilda is the former Principal of Maharajas College Ernakulam. She is a well known motivational speaker, corporate trainer & life skills/soft skills coach. She has Master’s degrees in Mathematics (MSc & M.Phil), Education (M.Ed), Business Administration and Management (MBA), Women Studies (MWS), Applied Psychology (M.Sc), and Ph.D. in women’s studies. എന്റെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ടീച്ചർ, ഞാൻ Maha Raja's ൽ 88-90 ൽ MSc ക്ക് ടീച്ചറിന്റെ ശിഷ്യ ആയിരുന്നു ഇന്നും ടീച്ചർ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ബോൾഗാട്ടി പാലസ് കാണിക്കാൻ കൊണ്ടുപോയിരുന്നു. ഇന്നും ആ ഫോട്ടോസ് സൂക്ഷിച്ചു വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ടീച്ചറുടെ സംഭാഷണം കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ആപഴയ Topology class ഓർമ്മവന്നു. സന്തോഷം പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ വയ്യ...... ഒത്തിരി സ്റ്റേ ഹത്തോടെ ബഹുമാനത്തോടെ ടീച്ചറെ ഞാൻ മനസ്സുകൊണ്ട് കെട്ടിപ്പിടിക്കുകയാണ്. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Eppozhum classil mattullavareyum teachers നെയും disturb cheyyunnavar. ലഹരി വരെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് classil vannu irikkunnavar ഉണ്ട്. Avarodokke enthu paranjittum കാര്യമില്ല. Really oneday I wrote all my time, but I wondered, 6 to 8 hour spend RUclips, next day I controlled and 30 minits, our office all r telling I change my habits, morning I am done excersice, full day I am happy to work and really get good feeling up to end, I conform only you tube Sunday only some selected only look, I start read newspaper
Really I get back life with full of happy, healthy, really I watch more speech I feel conceling
